LiteJazz theme

I recently switched to the LiteJazz theme on this site, which looks nice and is highly configurable due to the many standard regions in the theme. But I'm missing the theme configuration options, which would enable me to make the theme fixed width. Also, Drupal is complaining about a missing css file. I'll have to dive into these issues..

Seems you need the themesettingsapi module for the options to work. I missed that bit.

Okee, found the fix for the missing content.css file: create an empty one. Duh.. Fix your release guys..
